Non-Defective Products

Change of mind returns are not typically accepted due to the custom nature of our products. However, we value your satisfaction, so please contact us if you have concerns about your order.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please report it within 14 days from the date of delivery. We require a photo or video evidence of the defective item for verification.

To facilitate a quicker resolution, please include the following evidence based on the issue:

  • Quality Issue: A clear photo of the product laid flat, showing the design and the issue in a single frame.
  • Print Placement Issue: A clear photo of the product laid flat with a ruler/measuring tape showing the incorrect placement.
  • Wrong Area Print: A clear photo of the product folded to display both sides.
  • Wrong Product: A photo of the product. We will match it to your order.
  • Electronic Device Issue (manufacturer’s defect): A photo or video showing the issue and troubleshooting steps.
  • Delivery-Related Damage: A photo or video showing the package, the printed design, and the issue.
  • Reprint Issue: A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item showing the issue.

If a replacement isn’t feasible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the approved return request for defective items.

  • Full Name
  • Order Date
  • Order Number (if applicable)
  • Shipping Address
  • A clear picture of the product in question
  • A brief explanation of the issue
